Exchange/ Return
For full refund or exchange on merchandise from Domrebel.com, the items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with all its original tags attached. Shipping fees are not refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items.
In order to get a return on an item, you must contact us and get an authorization prior to proceeding with it. Domrebel.com will provide you with the correct return instructions. Loss or delay of returning packages is not Domrebel.com’s responsibility. We strongly suggest using a shipping service that includes a tracking number as well as insurance.
