Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout.
To be eligible for free standard shipping, your order value must surpass 200$ USD for Canada and the Continental US, or above 350$ USD for International, except Russia.
Which carrier(s) Do you ship with?
We ship with UPS or FEDEX.
How do i track my shipment?
A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
What about customs or duties?
We offer DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Some countries may be subject to customs fees, import fees and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If a package arrives in poor condition, please take pictures of the issue(s) and send them to support@domrebel.com. We will notify the carrier of the damages and exchange the damaged product(s) for another one when possible.
I'VE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you would like to modify your delivery address, please contact us at support@domrebel.com and we will help you.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM, AND WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship all of our orders from Montreal, Canada.
We deliver worldwide except for Russia.
Can I ship my order to a post office, APO and FPO Address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or freight forwarding addresses.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Unfortunately, pick-ups in our office are not available.
Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our policy allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- It cannot be a sale item, or customized item.
How do I start a return?

- Include the email address used for the purchase and your order number.
- A staff member will guide you through the return process.

If your return is valued over $100 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For exchanges, we provide shipping labels for Canada and U.S.A orders exclusively.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. In general, you can expect to see your refund within 14 business days - but this will depend on your bank.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
- Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).
- If you've done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@domrebel.com.
Can I exchange my item instead of getting a refund?
Yes! You can exchange your item for another item of equivalent value. Since stock is limited, please contact us before initiating an exchange to confirm availability.
What items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable?
- Customized items (e.g., holes, paint, crystals) – Final Sale.
- Sale items – Final Sale.
Orders
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend creating an account and/or logging in before proceeding to checkout. Otherwise, it is possible to check out as a guest.
Do I need to sign in to see my order details?
Yes. If you want to see your orders, you should sign in to the site and go to your account.You should see your orders under the ‘My orders’ section.
Is my personal information kept private?

How do I cancel my order?
The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before our warehouse has started working on the order. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancelation.If the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you want to request a cancelation after the order has shipped, you must request a return.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why has my payment been refused?
If a transaction fails after authorizing the funds, they will still be reserved in your bank account. Although they have not been debited, they may appear to have been collected.
Please, note that this pending transaction can last up to 30 working days, depending on banks and credit providers.
The reasons for payment failure may be:
- The card limit has been reached
- The card information entered is wrong
- The card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
- The billing address does not match with the cardholder details
- The card does not allow international transactions
- The card does not allow online transactions
- Depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions
- The bank has cancelled the purchase due to fraud risk
Which currencies can i shop in?
You can check out in USD, CAD, AUS, EUR and GBP.
Refunds will be invoiced in USD.
Will there be any additional costs to my order?

Will my favorite pieces from DOMREBEL be restocked?
We will add items to the web shop as soon as they come back in stock. If an item is sold out in your size, you can sign up to be notified once we have it in stock again.
What size should i order?
You can check the size guide for each product right underneath the available size options.
I can't find a certain item in your web shop, is there any chance i might find it elsewhere?
You can find DOMREBEL at several stores around the world. You can check our stockists page to find our clothes at your nearest store.
I've received an email from Nofraud, what should i do ?
NoFraud is a third party fraud detection service that ensures there is no fraudulent activity associated with any of our orders.
If you received an e-mail from No Fraud, it means that your order was flagged. Our team will assess the risk and contact you.
To avoid this, we recommend using PayPal as your payment method next time you place an order.
I no longer want to receive newsletters, how do I unsubscribe?
At the bottom of each newsletter you receive from us there is a link to unsubscribe.
