What is your return policy?
Our return policy is applicable within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When can I expect my refund?
Once we issue your refund, the duration of time for it to be processed will depend on your bank. In general, you can expect to see your refund within 14 business days.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
If any item from your order is missing, please contact support@domrebel.com with your name and order number. Your missing item will quickly be shipped to you at no extra cost.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We take extreme pride in the quality of our clothing, so if there are defects in any of the items you order please contact us through our returns portal with an explanation of the defect.
