WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment tracking number by email.
Customized items (i.e. with finishing) will require up to 10 business days to customize and therefore have different estimates.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
You are responsible for any duties that may have to be paid on your package.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If a package arrives in poor condition, please take pictures of the issue(s) and send them to email@example.com. We will notify the carrier of the damages and exchange the damaged product(s) for another one.
