RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DOMREBEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Our policy is applicable within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must access our RETURNS PORTAL at the bottom right of the main page.
You will need your e-mail address which was used for the purchase as well as the order number.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then:
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
You also have the option to exchange your purchased item for an item of equivalent value. During the return process, you will be asked which alternative item(s) you would like to receive in lieu of your original item(s). Please note that we have limited stock in regards to styles and size, so make sure to contact us first before initiating an exchange in order to secure the item you would like to get.
You are responsible for the shipping fee to mail your original product back to us. DOMREBEL will pay the shipping fee for your exchanged product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (if applicable)
Any item that has been customized with finishing options (holes, paint, crystals) is final sale and is not refundable, exchangeable or eligible for a store credit.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. All sale items are final sale only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs (for returns and exchanges) are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
