For Fall-Winter 2024, DOMREBEL presents "Le Bon vivant", an unapologetic take on unrestrained artistic and personal expression. The Montreal-based art collective presents a wardrobe for modern creatives in two parts: firstly, a ready-to-wear range is decorated with original paintings and drawings from the brand's studio. secondly, a range of "studio wear" represents what the artists wear in the studio while working, complete with stains and tears that naturally occur on the studio floor.
as with every seasonal range from the brand, the artworks for "le bon vivant" feature original domrebel characters that are interpreted on various artistic mediums, such as oil pastel on canvas or charcoal on archival paper. The characters portray a spirit of hedonism, eternal youth, and irreverence towards every day problems, embodying the spirit of "le bon vivant". highlights include repaired and embroidered bomber jackets, felted wool trousers, printed linen shirting and hand-printed denim.
